Demonstrates the importance of protecting our ocean from marine pollution and delivers the message that all oceans of the world are part of one global ocean. Sponsored by the Monterey Bay Sanctuary Foundation, the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, and the Monterey Institute for International Studies.
