Join a diverse group of marine protected area (MPA) community members and ocean stewards in the local area for a meeting consisting of local and statewide MPA updates, networking, discussions, engagement opportunities, and more. The Orange County MPA Council is one of 14 Collaboratives in the MPA Collaborative Network, a statewide “network of networks” working together to steward California’s 124+ MPAs. Collaborative meetings are for anyone who is interested in getting involved with marine resource management at the local level, please help spread the word and encourage involvement among your colleagues and community members!
The Orange County MPA Council (OCMPAC) will hold their four General Meetings on the third Thursday of every quarter, or more specifically on Jan 19, April 20, July 20, and October 19, 2023, 12:00-2:00 PM Pacific Time. Until further notice, these meetings will be held virtually on Zoom. Please reach out to Aubrie(at)mpacollaborative.org to request the Zoom meeting information.
