About
The Del Norte Collaborative draws its membership from the rich scientific and nonprofit community, tribal governments, fishermen, and agencies active on the North Coast.
To increase compliance at the Pyramid Point State Marine Conservation Area, Collaborative members are working with CDFW on creating a harbor kiosk in Crescent City, and working to raise awareness of MPAs amongst fishermen based in nearby Brookings, Oregon. Additionally, the Del Norte Collaborative is working with the Humboldt Collaborative on producing an engaging MPA Video, which will incorporate the voices of Tolowa Dee-ni’ Nation elders.
