We are always looking for creative ways to stay connected to our partners, including our “Key Communicators” who play an essential role in conveying baseline monitoring information through their networks. To help ensure South Coast Key Communicators are up-to-date on the status of baseline monitoring in the region, including where we’re headed over the coming months, the South Coast Management Team (a partnership of California Department of Fish and Wildlife, California Ocean Protection Council, and California Ocean Science Trust) is hosting a webinar:
Key Communicators Orientation Webinar
South Coast Marine Protected Areas (MPA) Baseline Reporting
Thursday, January 19, 2017 — 12:00PM-1:00PM PT
(Slide deck) (Check back later for the video recording)
Webinar participants will be provided with an update on the status of baseline monitoring in the region and the available reporting products. A reminder that all currently available reporting products and communication materials can be found on the South Coast State of the Region page on OceanSpaces. Additionally, we are interested in gaining your feedback on plans for the distribution of the State of the California South Coast report and Spring 2017 community tour.
Not sure if you’re a “Key Communicator”? Please join the call and find out! And don’t worry, if you can’t make the webinar, we will update this page following the call with a link to the slide deck.
